PROJECT FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENT

In this stage we mainly carry out the following activities:

Legal audit (due diligence) to the companies that will be involved in the business to know their status.

 

Assessment of compliance with their obligations and statutory conformation,

Assessment of the background and legal status of the real estate, assets or rights that will be contributed or involved in the same, risks; as well as restrictions on environmental issues, zoning and any other that could limit the operation of the business, for which we perform the assessment of the legal framework that in administrative matters must be observed in the execution and operation of the business.

STRUCTURING/RESTRUCTURING

In this stage we implement the following activities:
