Andrea graduated from the University of Guadalajara with a specialization in Public Administration. During her career she discovered Intellectual Property and since then she has focused on developing herself within this field both in its study and practice, mainly performing trademark registration, national and international, creation of privacy notices, terms and conditions for Mexican and foreign companies, research on international treaties and their respective interpretations relating to the matter. 

Currently, within VILA she specializes in Intellectual Property litigation and patents.
