THE NEW FEDERAL INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY LAW IN MEXICO
July 1, 2020. Date that will be highlighted in the history of Industrial Property in Mexico, with the repeal of the Industrial Property Law of 1991, giving way to the Federal Law on Protection of Industrial Property ( “LFPPI”).
On Thursday, November 5, 2020 is the day that this new law will come into force, while the Regulation of the previous Law will continue in force until the issuance of the new one that replaces it.
