On January 17 (seventeenth), 2023 (two thousand twenty-three), the reform of the regulations of the Public Registry of Property in the matter of registration alert, was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

This Agreement amends the Regulations of the Law of the Public Registry of Property controlling the figure of the Registry Alert as a tool of the registry system to protect the owners of real state. 

What is the Registry Alert and what is it for?

It is an annual service to be informed electronically about any type of registry act that has been filed in the Public Registry of Property on the person´s real state.

This will give certainty to people about their properties due to high real estate traffic in the region as it will alert owners to attempts to process their properties.

This procedure may be carried out by any person who has a legal interest in any real estate property with respect to procedures such as purchase and sale, mortgage, inheritance, hereditary succession, clarification and so on.
