In accordance with various reforms in civil and commercial legislation and the adoption of international standards, it is now possible in Mexico to carry out legal acts where the manifestation of the will is made by technological means.

In this sense, the simple electronic signature is recognized, which consists of the exchange of technological keys and passwords between the parties that agree to a legal act. 

On the other hand, the advanced electronic signature is also recognized, which refers to the certification of a signature issued by an advanced electronic signature certification service provider that identifies the signer personally and guarantees the integrity of the document, which has the same probative value as a handwritten signature, in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Code.

·       Banking documents
