Alondra has over five years of experience in Corporate and Business Law. Throughout her career, she has advised both domestic and international companies on matters related to incorporation, investment, and expansion, including the formation of Mexican entities with foreign shareholders and the establishment of foreign subsidiaries. Her work includes drafting and reviewing contracts in both English and Spanish, as well as implementing corporate governance structures and ensuring legal compliance.

Since March 2025, she has been a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law practice at Vila Abogados, providing strategic legal counsel on corporate, contractual, foreign investment, and commercial arbitration matters.
