Ana Sofía Ruiz Fuentes is an attorney graduated from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, where she earned her law degree with honors for her thesis titled “The Protection and Recognition of Intellectual Property Rights in Traditional Cultural Expressions of Indigenous Peoples and Communities in Mexico.”
With more than nine years of experience in trademark protection, copyright, and regulatory compliance, she has advised corporations, law firms, and governmental authorities in Mexico, the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Her practice focuses on designing comprehensive strategies for the management, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property portfolios.
