Arturo Mondragón is a partner and co-team leader of the intellectual property practice at our firm. An attorney specializing in intellectual property, compliance, and strategic litigation, has built a steadily ascending career, both as external counsel and in-house lawyer, of leading companies across their respective sectors. His practice centers on the acquisition, defense, and strategic management of intangible assets, as well as brand protection, unfair competition, digital law, and cross-border compliance.

He stands out for managing complex intangible-asset portfolios for large-scale organizations —among them two top-tier pharmaceutical companies and the only Mexican tequila house positioned in the luxury segment. He has a sharp ability to design and implement legal strategies that have opened and safeguarded key markets for the companies he advises, with a deliberate focus on mitigating legal and reputational risk. He has led the commercial expansion of various companies, aligning it with the regulatory requirements of each jurisdiction and coordinating strategic litigation against authorities worldwide. His leadership philosophy centers on the human factor and its development, oriented toward building and consolidating creative, empathetic, high-performance teams.
