He has an extensive background in the area of Intellectual Property, in which he has worked since 2004, always seeking to protect the interests of companies, inventor, authors and artists he has represented. His interest in remaining avant-garde of legal knowledge, as well as his constant updating and training, has allowed him to especialize with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as with the then Organization for the Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM, European Union) - today EUIPO-, and the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. (IMPI)
He was a member of the Non-Traditional Trademarks Comitee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
