Before starting his career, Fernando had already participated in an oral trial in commercial matters, which lasted for two years. Subsequently, he joined a law firm specialized in alternative methods and litigation matters, where he remained for approximately one year. Later on, he had the opportunity to be part of another law firm specialized in intellectual property, with a focus on alcoholic beverages, especially tequila. Currently, he is working on the team of lawyers Elías Ríos and Karen Covarrubias.

Throughout his university career, Fernando has actively participated in various courses related to civil, commercial, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) fields.
