Gerardo is part of the firm's Intellectual Property area. His experience includes all types of activities related to IP, such as: trademarks, copyrights, litigation, licensing, drafting and review of contracts and geographical indications.

His experience allows him to support the firm, offering high standards of services, and is directed to the analysis, development and implementation of strategies followed before the different authorities and jurisdictional instances.
