Hannia Shahide Nájar Arévalo is a Junior Associate in the Intellectual Property practice. Her work focuses on the strategic protection, management, and enforcement of intangible assets, particularly trademarks, advising national and international companies on the protection and strengthening of their intellectual property rights in Mexico and abroad.

She has experience conducting trademark clearance and availability analyses, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, responding to office actions and requirements issued by administrative authorities, and managing domestic and international trademark portfolios. She has also participated in opposition proceedings, intellectual property disputes, and the development of strategies aimed at mitigating legal risks and protecting intangible assets through a preventive and business-oriented approach.
