Monserrat Santiago has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology as well as a Diploma in Human Resources and is currently is taking coaching lessons in Human Resources.

She is committed and passionate about her work, who likes to constantly updating , to be in trend with the new digital tools to streamline the day-to-day work.
