Diana develops in the Corporate area of our firm, where she participates since 2019, creating corporate and business strategies, advising several national and intenational companies in the planning, execution, negotiation and development of operations related to the financial, real estate, technology and tourism sectors, to mention a few.

Diana currently participates in various projects, creating  tools that allow companies to introduce good corporate practices. Her dedication, leadership and commitment have made her an essential element in the firm.

  • Merging of two transnational entities in the fields of technological investment, application and design of technology production for sustainability projects. 

  • General Coordination on a project for the creation and design of a renowned brand in the real estate sector; Negotiation for the opening of financial funds. 

  • Materialization of renowned companies in the automotive industry, starting from the negotiation and implementation of all legal requirements for its constitution and due operation. 

  • Implementation and legal management of the financial resources of three renowned unions in the zone of El Bajío, México. 

  • Negotiation and representation for the management of financial projects of a major oleohydraulic company in the state of Guanajuato, México.
