Oswaldo has over 11 years of experience in process management and analysis, with a focus on improving the profitability of organizations and structuring processes that optimize areas impacting the value chain. His experience spans from setting up food production and manufacturing plants for various products to customer service monitoring, including negotiations with potential clients for the organizations he represents.
In recent years, he has provided consultancy services to identify business opportunities and growth in the hotel and fashion sectors. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge of both government and private sector bidding processes.
In his role as General Manager of Grupo Vila, he is responsible for coordinating the operational and administrative processes of the company, with a focus on meeting the needs of all clients, both domestic and international.

Design and launch of the third largest operational pallet manufacturing plant in Mexico, capable of processing 15,000 recycled pallets per day and 10,000 new pallets per day.
Certification TIF 552 for the Procesadora Valle plant (Huevo Guadalupe), awarded by SAGARPA and SENASICA.
