Founding partner of the firm VILA®, he has over 20 years of professional experience, collaborating previously with some of the most prestigious firms in the country. Victor has extensive experience in planning, auditing, and applying strategies in the field of Administrative, Business, Corporate, and Intellectual Property Law, having been appointed as legal counsel for prestigious Mexican and foreign companies, as well as government entities. He has developed important activities in his areas of practice such as Administrative, Corporate, Business, and Intellectual Property Law, participating in the shaping and implementation of legal strategies concerning private and public law; accompanying clients as head legal counsel in important transactions, and advising in complex negotiations.

  • Intellectual property counsel in the sale of a Mexican Telecom company in a transaction for over 800 million dollars.

  • Recovery through litigation of a world-leading brand in the automotive sector.

  • Participation in the negotiation and acquisition of a brand in the health industry in a transaction for over 10 million dollars.

  • Counsel and support in corporate, administrative, regulatory, commercial, and intellectual property law for a leading Mexican beer company.

  • Participation in the negotiation and acquisition of a Pharmaceutical company in a transaction for over 15 million Dollars.

  • Authorized Lawyer of the Government of Mexico in the International Arbitration process at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland, against the International Swimming Federation (FINA) for an international arbitration, obtaining favorable results that generated savings of more than 8 million dollars for our client.
